Alexplus camper was great welding up my classic plus other mechanical jobs and dropped and good value 10 out of 10 it off for me reliable and friendly

I approach Alex asking if he could help me with some internal trim, bumper & door alignment problems, along with paint issues to some panels, on my grandfathers 1962 Morris 1000. He advised that he had a full order book for some weeks ahead but would certainly be able to do the work late Oct. I explained it was for use in my daughters wedding early Oct. He said he would sort work out to make sure it could be fitted into his schedule. This ended up with him working a Saturday and Sunday to meet his promise. The work from his team was perfect, great value and his commitment to assist was above and beyond my expectations. The car looked fantastic and it was a wonderful last trip with Clare as my daughter, before her amazing wedding.
Whist the car was Clare’s great grandfather’s from new, she recalls her grandfather restoring it and using regularly. Hence in his remembrance she requested we used it as our Wedding car.

On my Jensen MK1 Alex repaired and welded the bonnet to a great standard. Would recommend his work 100% Thank you.

Had my classic mini restored here. From what the car went in looking like and how it has come home looking like is amazing better than how it left the factory. Some mini common issues have been modified to stop water getting trapped 2.
They have gone above and beyond with the restoration.
slight issue on a pannel or 2 after paint cured, (expected when undergoing such a big restore and full paint) but once told they were on it to rectify, not like most other garage’s who say once car is back its not their issue.

Great news for classic car enthusiasts in Milton Keynes and Leighton Buzzard. A new start up classic car restoration business in Stoke Hammond. I have now used them three times, first was a call out to solve a non starting problem, secondly a carburettor tuning issue and thirdly some new engine mounts.In every instance, the service was effecient and proffessional. I am confident that Alex has the facilities and competence to take on a wide variety of classic car restoration projects. As a bonus, as a start up they do not have to charge VAT!

I’ve taken a while to get round to reviewing this company owing to the time it’s taken to correct the work they carried out. They had my classic 1970s car in for an engine rebuild and after having it for a year, attempting the rebuild 3 times and not managing to complete the job I decided enough was enough and asked for the car back. I was told I couldn’t have it back until I paid for the work even though it was by their own admission unusable, so reluctantly I had to pay to release my vehicle. Or they threatened to leave it outside in their compound. On receiving my car back (which, to add insult to injury, I also had to pay them to deliver it!) I had an independent engineer assess their work. They had done such a shoddy job that the engine was rendered unsalvageable, timing chain incorrectly fitted, holes drilled in cylinder heads causing leaks, unmatched pistons, the list goes on, so I then had to source a replacement engine. No mean feat! These people are rude and totally incompetent and should not be in business. I can only imagine the good reviews must have been left by friends as the previous review seems all too familiar. Please take heed of this review and stay well clear. I’ve only given them one star as I can’t give them zero!

Honestly, these guys are top notch by all standards mentionable. In my opinion, quick and efficient job handling and brilliant communication. Great servicing and repair standard aswell as restoration! Can’t recommend these guys enough, feel encouraged to give them a shout for your needs!

What a breath of fresh air, they shared everything they found with me, offered me videos and pictures so I could make an informed decision on the work I wanted doing. The absolute highlight of my consultation, however, was the tire recommendation – in my almost 20 years of MTB and gravel experience, I have not ridden a better tire!

My special requests were also organized without any problems. And the bike was assembled without any errors. Everything is where it needs to be.

I have to admit, this was my fourth time with you! In fact, I confess that when I enter the store there is no greeting, lack of connection with the customer and general lack of interest

The last time I came to visit was because I wanted to bring my “RockShox Lyrik Ultimate” suspension fork in for service.

The colleague wrote down my details three/four weeks ago; he wanted to clarify it with Lemon Shox in Nuremberg, based on his own recommendation.

2. Make the customer feel welcome. A returning customer is worth their weight in gold.

3. How do I approach a customer and how do I encourage them to purchase products? He could leave a lot of money behind.

4. Respond to customer requests.

You have a great and modern store, “the first and last impression” is important for the customer.

If you have captivated the customer with conviction, he will not go to the competition. Your core business thrives on “regular customers” and they are very important! Because the customer pays the employees’ salaries.

I bought the green Vauxhall 101 Estate from,BP CLASSIC CARS LINCOLNSHIRE, 5yrs ago . I have been unable to use it as I have not been able to get a V5c,I had to apply for a V5c as I didn’t get one from them,after a lot of communication with the DVLA,it turns out that the vin numbers don’t match up with there records,and I have got to apply for a new V5c. I phoned BP CLASSICS but they don’t want to know. So be careful and check the vin number and car match up before you buy from them.

Brad has worked on my cars for around 20 years. No-one knows classic machines better and no job is beyond him and Andy. Just finished some engine work and a service / tune up of my P6 and I can’t recall it running so well.

Brad and Andy are lovely gents with lots of knowledge. They helped me get my car wedding ready with quite a tight deadline. I will definitely use them again. Easy access off the 303. Very reasonable pricing for what they do. 10/10.

Stopped here on the way up to London today after my mini had a loose hose, was repaired and on the way in 5 minutes with no charge . Can’t praise highly enough and if you’re willing to help a struggling traveller it speaks highly of the way you run your business . Great people and great service 👍

Recently bought an M3 and needed a fault code checked along with a wheel vibration. I wanted somewhere I could trust to look after the car and not boot it before it’s warmed up etc. After a recommendation from an Aston owner Bradley managed to get me in within a week. I had regular updates and all issues were sorted with no problems. Top service if you worry about where to take your pride and joy.

Recently booked my classic Camaro in to Brad’s as it had a persistent stumble on acceleration which was proving very difficult to get rid of along with a few other bits that needed doing.

Brad sussed it out within a day and completely cured it.

I cannot recommend Bushells enough! My wife and I absolutely love going there just to see the exotic cars they’re currently working on. It feels like we’ve stumbled upon one of Kent’s best kept secrets. I’m a bit of a perfectionist, so we’ve had two of our own vehicles, in their shop now (as they don’t just do classics and super cars) and they truly do a fantastic job. The attention to detail they provide is exactly what we were looking for and what makes it even better is the entire team at Bushells is super friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even more enjoyable!

Excellent garage. Called and spoke to Joe first thing in the morning as my engine light came on whilst on holiday. He asked me to pop by and leave the car with him at 10 am and he would squeeze engine diagnostics in to his already fully booked schedule. I left the car with him walked 5 mins in to town to grab a coffee and cake, then around an hour later he called to to say he’d fixed and test driven the car which is now ready for collection.
Full itemised invoice and helpful description of the fault on arrival together with a competitive price. Would recommend.

I have been going to Carn Bosavern Garage for a few years now and having been to a handful of garages in the area, they are by far the best. As a younger lady it is hard to find a garage that will not take advantage of you for being a bit clueless, but Terry, Joe and the team always make sure to get you the best price they can and will not replace something unless it definitively needs it. My other family members and partner also go here now and it has been the same brilliant service for them too. They have even told us approx how many miles are left on tyres that others may have taken advance of and just changed. Excellent service and they do my 3.5ton work van. Thanks guys!

Took my classic mini to Phil here at Classic Dreamworks as it was in dire need of some sill and floor repairs – I had gone for quotes elsewhere in the 1000’s and some in the 10,000’s. Phil was able to carry the work out plus some mechanical issues that he doesn’t usually cover out the kindness of his heart for a much fairer, reasonable price. I’d say at higher quality than some big name restorers. He took photos throughout the process and I’d absolutely recommend him over any other place – straight to the point and honest. Photos of before and after also!

I recently took my Jaguar XKR 2004 to Classic Dreamworks for a quote for some welding repairs to the 3/4 panels and spraying of the repaired area.

Phil was very helpful in quoting me a price and was knowledgeable about these cars.

Once I’d taken the car in, I was kept informed until the work was completed in a reasonable timescale and as per the quoted price. I found Phil easy to deal with, helpful, courteous and I’m happy to have found someone local to me who can maintain the bodywork on 20 year old cars like this to a high standard at a reasonable price

I have a 1992 Jaguar XJS which required some detailed attention as a 4 plus month, £42,000 restoration had not been completed properly by an XJS “specialist” in Thatcham.
Because of the negative reviews posted, I was reluctant to use Classic Restorations but I did use and was delighted!
The cars in their care are a testament to the service they provide.
They understood what had to be done and my budget.
Where others had failed Classic Restorations succeeded and I have no hesitation in using them again and recommending them to others.
I am a genuine customer and have no affiliation with this company other than as a satisfied customer.

This is the 5th garage I’ve taken my camper van too to get fixed and as usual not a great experience, I handed it in for some mechanical repairs where they took it for a test drive and said it would be £90 then after a few days that quote turned into £900. They even charged me for “fitting seat cover back” when they weren’t even put back correctly! Once payed and delivered back the battery and side cover was missing, phoned up and asked where it was and got nothing but excuses. They had clearly lost it along the way or had just taken it for themselves, the fact is it left with a battery and come back without one! And I will have to make another side cover as there not available to buy, I would avoid at all costs.

This is not a large museum so don’t expect to see 100s of cars but the ones on show are really nice

Was assigned the garage by my insurance Company for some repairs.
GarGe assured me I wouldn’t see the repair, this couldn’t be further from the truth. They do talk a very good game. I commissioned them to male a tonneau cover ( this is not fit for purpose what they basically made was a cockpot cover with a zip. Cant be used as it is intended) and put the car through an mot. The technician. Forgot to reattach the seat belts before the mot. Consequently. the car failed. The garage subsequently charged me for the retest fee. I also have to mention while doing the work on my car they managed to remove the wiring for my stereo and pull half of the warning lights out. They left it this way and was only later that night I noticed 4 bulbs lighting up the footwell of the interior.

I strongly urge people not to trust this business I took the car to another body shop, they laughed and questioned how a garage could justify £30000 for a respray ( that’s 10 times the average respray cost)

Got my Camaro running after it had been sat for 10 years!
Gave me a full report of the work needed and repaired the brake lines to make it safe to run and move.
Professional work as always and super friendly staff.

Was told they would keep me in a 350 budget for 2 wishbones which I supplied ,on a mgf… paid 435 with anti roll bar.. was told 266 for a mot,brake pads and brake hoses then rang to tell me spark plugs needed as engine light come on happy with that as only extra 20 they said,near 700 I was told so I went mad got it to 550. Apparently 8 hrs work to do brake pads hoses which I supplied and spark plugs and clean discs . Also quoted me near 900 for a full service and upgrade on coolant pipes to stainless steel for under neath as well as an extra 100 for hydragas refill . All this for a mgf 2 seater sports car . So I did investigations got my full service quote and pipes and hydragas refill to 370 from a mobile mg mechanic who isn’t slow and knows what he is doing.

CCCR did a recent major rebuild on the sills and floorplans of my AM DB6, along with a clutch replacement, seat repairs and some engine tuning. Everything was documented and photographed, the quality of workmanship was excellent and the whole experience was very positive and friendly. At all stages I was consulted and informed of the process.
I would thoroughly recommend CCR for any work on your car.

We’ve enjoyed our DAX Replica 427 Cobra for around 18 months and there were a few jobs requiring specialist attention and equipment which CCCR readily undertook. Jon and his enthusiastic and friendly team set about servicing, identifying defects and then using their experience and expertise to procure the specialist parts with great determination and care which was no mean feat with such a Classic that originally sourced parts from a range of different vehicle makes and models to suit the required duty. Overall a fantastic job carried out with care and an eye for continuous quality which was all completed in time to enjoy the summer weather. The result is stunning. The engineers at Fusion Autocraft were very helpful and provided a thorough, written inspection report on my car. They showed and explained to me the issues highlighted in the report and discussed the way forward in an honest, professional manner.
