As part of our commitment to the Classic Car industry, we are restoring our very own Jaguar XK120 and cannot wait to see the result.
This is one of the most exciting projects AIC has ever done and in partnership with one of our experts in the field – Cotsworld Classic Car Restorations Ltd (CCCR), we think this could be something VERY special.
As insurance brokers, we are only too aware of the many difficulties to be faced on the roads these days so we are having some basic safety improvements carried out such as power steering and improved brakes, but on the whole we want the car to be original. We are having the engine completely refurbished although it does currently seem to be in usable condition. This is a car to be used, not just looked at – although it will be beautiful.
Something else we are doing is extending our classic vehicles insurance offering with a new quote & buy system. This quick and easy way to buy classic vehicle insurance is becoming increasingly popular but we also have some very competitive premiums to back it up. We still love talking to our customers so don’t worry our team will still always be on the other end of the phone to help. We hope this new site will be fully operational by the time our Jaguar restoration is completing, so get ready for the big double unveiling.
